The BC Electrical Association in conjunction with the Victoria distributors and manufacturers committee on the Island will be holding a golf and tradeshow.

This event was extremely popular in 2019. We will start the day with breakfast and a caesar bar during show. Light finger foods will be offered throughout show hours. On the course there will be food stations. Following your round, we invite you back to the show for a light meal and networking.

Tournament Details

Entry cost will include golf, shared power cart, practice balls & on course food stations

Prizes: There will be no team prizes. All players registered will be entered into a draw for door prizes donated by our sponsors. Prizes will be drawn following the round at the show.. There will also be two prizes for longest drive (one on front 9 and one on back 9).
Format: Texas Scramble (this is to ensure a 5 hour round, in order to get back to the show).
Scoring: Since this is not an official tournament, prizes will be through random draw. Each team can keep their own score and is not required to be submitted.

There are many protocols in place to make sure we comply with all the course COVID-19 policies in place at Olympic View Golf Course. As we all know, rules change regularly as far as social distancing requirements so please visit their page here prior to arrival. Confirmation with updated rule changes will be sent to all golfers prior to the event.

We are working on getting a block of rooms at Holiday Inn about 10 mins from the venue. Once your space is confirmed we will forward this information. Attached you will find the show floor layout. Location is based on a first come first served basis and can only be secured after receiving your 25% deposit. There are only 24 tables available and we anticipate the show being sold out quickly.

Room Booking: Individuals can use the group booking link to book their individual reservations at the discounted rate. All reservations include our hot buffet breakfast and parking.
